At the heart of Sushi by Boū is the omakase experience. This Japanese tradition invites diners to trust the chef, who meticulously selects and prepares each course, showcasing the freshest and most exquisite seasonal ingredients. Guests can choose between a classic 12-course omakase ($60) highlighting sustainably sourced fish or the indulgent 17-course "Bou-gie" upgrade ($125), offering additional delicacies.
